A Note on Our Shipping Rates

While we would love to offer all our customers free owls to deliver books, we have sadly discovered we are not magic and must use muggle-post.

So our shipping costs are calculated by weight and region.

Luckily we hired a little witch to work out the weights of all our books magically at checkout. (A typical paperback plus packaging usually weighs less than 0.5 kg.) Hope this helps!

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days so you can expect to receive delivery within approximately 3 - 7 working days depending on the service you choose and where you live.

High Value Items & International Shipping

For peace of mind we always recommend choosing fully tracked and insured services for delivery (for additional insurance coverage on UK Courier Services please click here)

However, international shipping prices are sometimes eyewatering! So we have chosen to include an Economy option, which has a number of caveats you should be aware of before selecting... The differences are outlined in the chart below:

Import Taxes: Because we are a small family run business we do not subscribe to IOSS, and therefore Delivery Duty remains Unpaid (DDU) by us. Depending on your location, you may encounter extra delays to delivery and/or VAT charges levied by your local customs authorities. Unless you have paid for a tracked service, we will be unable to provide any further information on your parcel's whereabouts or ETA. We are sorry if you encounter any inconveniences and will gladly help with tracking whenever possible.
